Delete your Didventure account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open Didventure and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

You are signed out at once and nobody can see your profile, adventures, reviews or stamps from that moment.

By email

If you cannot open the app, write to [email protected] from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by email and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: your profile, your adventures with their photos and videos, your reviews, stamps, saves, follows and stokes, your device tokens and your sign-in account.
• Kept for a limited time: records we must keep by law, such as moderation decisions and reports about illegal content, and purchase records for tax purposes. The privacy policy (section "How long we keep data") lists each one and how long.
• Backups are overwritten within 14 days.
