What Didventure does
Everything below is in the Android app today. If it isn't on this page, it isn't in the app yet.
Log an adventure
- Up to 10 photos, or one video up to 90 seconds.
- Pick what you did: diving, paragliding, cliff jumping, hiking, safari, kitesurfing and 30+ more.
- Say how wild it was: Chill, Adventure, Wild or Extreme.
- Pick the spot from your recent spots, nearby ones or a search. Not listed? Add a New spot for everyone (public places only).
- Add a few words: how did it feel, what should the next person know?
- Choose who sees it: Everyone, Followers or Only me.
- Save a draft and finish it later.
- In this version, a person on our team checks every new adventure before others see it.
Your Adventure Passport
- Every adventure you log becomes a stamp, including ones set to Only me.
- Counts by category and country.
- Done something before Didventure? Log it with a photo; it gets a stamp like any other.
- Make your Passport public in the app, if you want to: other people see your stamps and counts, never your location.

The Feed and Stoke
- Two tabs: Everyone and Following.
- Newest first, not personalised by an algorithm that profiles you.
- Most stoked this week: the adventures people loved most in the last seven days.
- Give stoke, the flame, with a tap or a double tap. Take it back if you change your mind.
- Follow adventurers; see who stoked your adventures and who followed you in Activity.
- Notifications for stokes and new followers, only if you switch them on.
The adventure map
- A satellite map of the world with the newest public adventures as photo pins.
- Drag it, pinch it, tap a photo to fly there.
- Filter by category, or tap Fly me somewhere.
- The map shows spots, not people. Followers-only, Only me and hidden-location adventures never appear on it.
Explore and spot pages
- Spots in Cyprus by category (Air, Water, Mountain, Land, Snow & ice, Urban) and intensity; filter by season.
- Search spots, activities and people.
- Spot pages: real adventures and reviews, who it suits, how scary it is, the season and what you'll need.
- Leave a review: rating, fitness needed, how scary it was, would you do it again.
- Every spot says who added it: curated by Didventure, listed by its operator, or a community spot (unverified).
- When an operator is listed, its page shows each check (licence, insurance, emergency plan) with its own date. Book opens the operator in your browser: you book and pay on their site, not in the app, and Didventure may earn a commission on bookings.
Adventure activities carry inherent risk. A listing here is not a safety guarantee: check the operator's current verification and your own fitness before you go.
Bucket list
- Tap the bookmark on any spot to save it.
- Readable offline.
Privacy and safety, built in
- Others see your location no closer than about 1 km, or not at all if you choose Hidden.
- Your exact position never leaves your phone.
- We remove the location and camera data from your photos and videos on your phone, before upload, and again on our server.
- Report adventures, reviews, operators and profiles. A real person reviews every report, usually within 24 hours.
- Block people, and unblock them in Settings whenever you like.
- Download your data: ask in Settings → Account; we email you a download link within 30 days.
- Delete your account in the app or on the web: your profile goes at once; everything else within 30 days.
- Light and dark theme.
Not in the app (so you don't go looking)
- No route or GPS tracking.
- No trip planner.
- No comments and no direct messages.
- No profiles on the web.
- No ads in this version.
- No iPhone app yet: Android comes first.
