Reporting illegal content
Anyone can tell us about content on Didventure that they think is illegal, with or without an account:
- in the app, with Report on any adventure, review, spot, profile or operator page;
- without the app, by email to dsa@didventure.com. The page https://didventure.com/report/ explains what to include.

- Digital services: the Cyprus Radio Television Authority, the Digital Services Coordinator for Cyprus.
- Consumer protection: the Consumer Protection Service of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry, Cyprus.
Consumer disputes
Please write to us first at support@didventure.com. We try to resolve every complaint.
If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Consumer Protection Service in Cyprus, where we are established. It can tell you which out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR) bodies handle consumer disputes. We are willing to take part in out-of-court dispute resolution. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform closed on 20 July 2025, so we do not link to it.
For a decision we made about content or an account, you can also turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under the EU Digital Services Act (Article 21).
Hosting
- Our servers and database are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in its data centre in Germany.
- The website, photos and videos are hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Photos and videos are stored in the EU.

Content and trade marks
Texts, images and the Didventure name on this website and in the app belong to the publisher, unless stated otherwise. Content that users post belongs to them (Terms of Service, section 6). Names of other companies and brands belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Map data is provided by Google.
If you think content on Didventure infringes your copyright or another right, report it as described above.
