Report content on Didventure
Anyone can tell us about an adventure, a profile, a spot, a review or an operator page on Didventure that they believe is illegal or breaks our community rules, with or without the app.
Is someone in danger right now? Call 112, the emergency number everywhere in the EU, before you write to us.
In the app
Tap Report in the menu of the adventure, review, spot, operator or profile. That reaches us fastest. Report and Block, step by step.
Without the app: by email
Write to dsa@didventure.com, our address for notices under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act. Please include:
- The exact link to the content: the link that was shared with you. It looks like
didventure.com/m/…for an adventure anddidventure.com/u/…for a profile. No link? Give the person's @handle, the spot, the date and what the adventure shows, so that we find exactly the right item. - The reason: what is wrong with it, for example Illegal content, Intellectual property (copyright), Privacy violation or one of our community rules, and, if you believe it is illegal, which law it breaks.
- An explanation of why, with enough detail for us to check it.
- Your name and email address. You may leave them out only when you report child sexual abuse material.
- A statement of good faith, for example: "I believe in good faith that the information and allegations in this notice are accurate and complete."
Please don't attach illegal material itself: the link is enough. In English or Greek, please.
What happens next
- We confirm by email that we received your notice.
- A person on our team reviews it and decides without undue delay. Threats to life or safety and child safety come first.
- We tell you our decision and the reason for it. When we act on someone's content or account, we tell them what we did and why.
If you disagree with the decision
Reply to our decision email within 14 days, or write to legal@didventure.com, and say why. A person looks at the decision again, usually within 72 hours, and tells you the result (community rules, "Reasons and appeals"). You can also turn to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act, or to a court.
Other routes
