Report and Block
A real person reviews every report, usually within 24 hours. Blocking is instant, and the other person isn't told.
Updated 4 November 2026 · Android app
Report something
- Tap the More button (three dots) and choose:
- "Report this adventure" on an adventure;
- "Report this profile" at the top of a profile;
- "Report this spot" on a spot page;
- "Report this operator" on an operator's page.
- Pick a reason: Dangerous instructions, Graphic injury, Harassment, Sexual content, Spam, Misinformation or Something else. If you think it breaks the law, choose one of the reasons under Against the law: Illegal content, Intellectual property (copyright) or Privacy violation, and say which law it breaks and why (EU Digital Services Act notice). Not in the app? See Report content.
- Add Details if you like, then tap Send report.
You see "Thanks. Your report is with the moderation team." The person you reported is not told who reported them.
Report a spot
On the spot page, tap More (the three dots over the photo, or in the bar at the top once you scroll) and choose Report this spot. It works like any other report: pick a reason, add details if you like (for example "the pin is in the wrong place"), then Send report.
No app at hand? Email dsa@didventure.com with the spot's name or link and what is wrong. The same address takes reports from people without the app, and notices of illegal content: what to include.
Block someone
- Tap More on one of their adventures, or at the top of their profile.
- Tap Block this person, then Block.
You won't see each other's adventures and they can't follow you. While signed in, they can't open your profile or your adventures, not even by your @handle. They aren't told.
Anything you post for Everyone can be seen in the app without an account. For more privacy, post for Followers or Only me: privacy and location.
Blocked people
Open Passport, tap Settings, go to Blocked people and tap Unblock.
Decisions and appeals
- When we act on your content or account, you get an email from legal@didventure.com: what we did, why, which rule or law it was based on, and how to appeal.
- You can appeal within 14 days by replying to that email or writing to legal@didventure.com. A person looks at the decision again.
- In the app: Settings → Safety → Reports and appeals.
The details are in the Terms of Service, section 8, and the community rules.
