Your data: export or delete
Take a copy of what you logged, or leave and take your data with you. Both are in Settings → Account, and both are free.
Updated 15 October 2026 · Android app
Download a copy of your data
- Open Passport and tap Settings (the sliders button at the top).
- Under Account, tap Export my data.
- You see "Export requested. We will email you when it is ready."
Within 30 days we email you, at your account's address, a link to a file with everything you logged. The link works for 7 days. If you ask many times in a few days, the app asks you to wait a while.
Delete your account
- In Settings → Account, tap Delete account.
- Read Delete your account?: your adventures, reviews and Passport will be removed, and this cannot be undone.
- Tap Delete.
- At once: you are signed out, your profile goes, and nobody can see your adventures, reviews or stamps.
- Within 30 days: your photos, videos and the rest of your data are deleted.
- What stays: spots you added stay on the map for everyone, without your name. Some records stay for a limited time because the law requires it, such as moderation decisions. The privacy policy, "How long we keep data", lists each one and for how long.

Remove one adventure
In this version you cannot edit or delete an adventure in the app after posting. Write to support@didventure.com from your account's email address and say which one; we remove it.
A draft or a failed upload is different: delete it yourself under Your adventures in your Passport. Only the draft goes; the photos stay in your gallery.
Signing out
Sign out is in Settings → Account and on your Passport. Before it signs you out, the app tells you: "Drafts and anything still uploading from this phone will be removed. Your published adventures stay safe."
Your other rights
You can also ask us to correct, restrict or stop using your data. Write to privacy@didventure.com; we reply within one month. All your rights: privacy policy, "Your rights".
